WOYWW #464

It's Wednesday and i'm back again..
to share what's on my work space over at WOYWW #464

Helen said it would become addictive hee hee!!

As some of you may remember I don't have one dedicated area to work at
and at the moment i'm beavering away working on so many different things
it seems every spare bit of indoor space has become an area to create in.

Whilst working on a couple of wire pendants for a friend I thought I would share
this area as it's probably the only area you could make any sense of at the moment.

I came across a piece of marbled polymer clay baked over 5 years ago and much harder
than it was when I originally baked it. The last 5 years have cured it well hee hee!!

Made some more wire embellishments with some off cuts too.. I hate throwing wire away.

I must admit it was good to take a breather from it all and enjoy the sunshine
over the weekend; it's amazing how revitalising the sun can be
...if only for a moment..

Many thanks to Julia for hosting WOYWW #464
and to everyone for sharing your work space
I look forward to visiting you all.

Creative wishes
Tracey xx

It's so lovely to see someone beading on the desks today - I had a stab at jewellery making but came to the conclusion that I was rubbish at making the design in my head come to life!! So I really admire people like yourself who have the knack :-D. Have a lovely day

Nice to see how many different crafts and media that you work with Tracey. I have the odd bead or two, but these days they are more to embellish mixed media pieces than for jewellery making. Happy WOYWW. Sarah #8

Your picture takes me back to my jewellery making days. My board was boring grey though not nearly as pretty as yours. Have fun creating in whatever spot you can find.

Wonderful to see your creative corner, and all the materials used for jewelry making,- I have a collection, too, and always forgets to use it ....love what I can see of the baked piece and your necklace there, maybe for cutting and using for other fantastic creations.
Dear Tracey, enjoy the sun- and have fun- I send you big hugs, and one more :-) Dorthe, xoxo

my eyesight (even with glasses) wouldn't be good enough (and my fingers not nimble enough!) but love the results.. Helen #4

The only beading I've done was to make hanging things for outside. I found one of them blown to bits by our recent wind storms. So much for outdoor safe thread! Thanks for stopping by.

I think it's good to have a break from your usual crafting as it helps to clear the head. I often do it when I get a muddy brain! Thanks for the visit to mine, have a great woyww and happy crafting, Angela x28x

I loved beading and felt so sad that my fingers were not up to it. You look like you are making and interesting pendant and the hardness make sit lethal! Have a good week creating and enjoying your bead work.

I've never got into beading (thank goodness my OH would say). Fat fingers, they'd be everywhere. Must admit everything crafty took a back seat while I made the most of the sunshine- desperately playing catch up now!! Happy Wednesday, Cindy #15

I just stopped by to say hi, because I haven't played here for nearly nine months. I was in awe of your beading and wire efforts. You have a ton of wire, tools, and awesome beads. What an amazing NON-desk you chose to share today! Thanks, too, for the kind comment you left on my blog today.

Hi Tracey, ooh My mama makes jewelry but, so far I have not caved because, I have entirely too many thoughts & time tied up in playing with stamps and inks. :) ~Stacy #26

I love your handmade jewellery and I want to get into jewellwery making too. I bought a kit years ago and some polymer clay as well, but then I drifted towards something else and it all got sidetracked. This is why I like visiting other people's desks - it's a good reminder of all the wonderful things waiting to be discovered and experimented with! Thanks for visiting yesterday - have a lovely weekend! zsuzsa #12

HI Tracey! Lovely mix of pieces you have going there. A cured polymer bead. Hmm. I have clay that probably fits that bill. Most not out of the package since we moved. Beading is not something I've ever gotten into. Surprising myself with that statement LOL. Creative Blessings! Kelly #27

The turquoise of your beady things looks so good against that shocking pink of your board. What a fab colour combo!
Would love to see some of your beading in close up - am sure we would all enjoy that. It's quite a while since I did anything in the jewellery making department - now you might just have given me the push needed??
